Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed.
We sell E-Liquid products. You may or may not enjoy a certain flavor. Unfortunately there is not a way for you to try before you buy, so all E-Liquid sales are final. E-Liquids are not eligible for a refund, exchange, return, or replacement for any reason at all.
Coils, Atomizers, and Refillable Pods may not be refunded, exchanged, returned or replaced for any reason at all. This includes Coils, Atomizers and Refillable Pods that are ordered by mistake. Please be sure your device is compatible with the items you ordered before placing your order.
Non E-Liquid, Coil, Atomizer and Refillable Pod items are covered by a 14 day warranty covering manufacturer defects only. This 14 day warranty begins at the time your order is marked as delivered.
If you find that your item has a manufacturer defect, you need to contact us. We may request video and/or picture proof of the defect. If the item is found to be defective due to a manufacturer defect, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. You must then ship the item back to us within 7 days of warranty service approval or we will not be able to accept your item.
We do not cover normal wear and tear. We do not cover items damaged by customer misuse for example, but not limited to, water damage or damage due to drops.
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the actual cost to reship the order.
All returns, refunds or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and are authorized at our discretion.
